Dancing Pixies are wonderful for planting boxes and smaller planters for your balcony or terrace. Stonecrop, burro's tail, winter heath, moss and prickly heath are all suitable best buddies for Dancing Pixies.

The special highlight on your balcony: living wall pictures! Light-coloured Dancing Pixies varieties are particularly striking on a dark façade, where they show off a wealth of flowers until November.

wooden board, paint, sponge, drill, jute fabric, stapler, bark, tendrils, cord, scissors
Step 1 Step 1

Colour the wooden board. The beautiful grain of the wood remains clearly visible if you sponge the tinting paint on thinly.
Step 2 Step 2

Drill holes for the hanging into the board and attach cord. Remove Dancing Pixies from the pot, hold the empty pot to the board and, from the jute fabric, staple a jute bag slightly larger than the pot to the board.
Step 3 Step 3

Wrap jute bag with bark (e.g. mulberry bark) and tendrils (e.g. dry tendrils of climbing plants) and hold in place with cord.
Step 4 Step 4

Line jute bag with film and hang to the wall. Fill with moss first and then with potting soil. Plant in Dancing Pixies and water.
